What Inspires a Man (or Woman)?

Greatness comes in many forms but when it comes to the Arts, few are inspired by a drab, unemotional setting.

When it comes to Robert Bateman, the renowned wildlife artist; who by the way lives amongst us, the home in which he resides cannot be labeled as dull or uninspiring.

Listed at $2.5 million, the Bateman home provides just the right blend of West Coast character with modern convenience, to make it the ideal home or retreat for someone in the market for a rural setting.

Situated on Saltspring Island’s Fulford Harbour oceanfront, their home was built in 1984 on a 1.5 acre parcel with a separate water lot, and 5430 sq. ft. of finished floor space, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. More than enough for the average retiree or professional who on occasion just wants to escape the city hype.
