Bond Rates Moving Up

The news today is that fixed-term mortgage rates have now moved up.

Ranging from 3.65% – 3.85% for five-year fixed rate and terms depending on the lender.

The bond market has receded approx. 18 basis points from last week, but the movement over the past month and a half has reduced the margins, hence the increase in the fixed rates and terms.
