A Rare Jewel

I find it difficult at time avoiding over selling a property when I become so emotionally attached to it and becoming attached the properties we sell is an easy dilemna for me to find myself in.

2885 Ashley Rd. is a prime example. Here lies a 1.13 acre waterfront parcel only 10 min from Victoria’s city center. Almost unheard of today, in a time when every minute scrap of land is gobbled up to support housing that climbs skyward for ten to twelve stories.

Asking price on Ashley is $1.5 million and for some this may seem like a life’s saving, but for others they will recognize the desirability right off.

This level piece of land supports an older 1347 sq. ft. home that to be quite honest needs some TLC. Not that it is crumbling around its foundation, but it has not seen a decorators hands in some time.

The land faces east / west and takes full advantage of the sun while situated towards the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There are 245 linear feet of  deep water frontage and all the potential in the world to redevelop should your future dictate it necessary.

For those who wish to build a palatial executive home, privately nestled between a grove of fir trees and arbutus, this is definitely worthy of a second look.

Feel free to drop us a line if we can answer any questions.
